Yes. Larger pools have more water to test and balance, more surface to brush and vacuum, and often more equipment such as heaters, waterfalls, or spas. A visit on a large property can run longer than our usual 15 to 40 minutes. We quote based on your pool’s actual size and setup. See our quotes page to get a quote in 15 minutes.
Yes. A screen blocks leaves and larger debris, but pollen, dust, and algae spores still pass through. A screened pool still needs weekly chemistry, brushing, and filter work. The screen itself needs a low-pressure rinse about once a year, and it’s worth checking for holes after storms.
Yes. Pinecrest’s canopy is protected and mature, which makes the streets beautiful and puts constant debris in pools. We skim, brush, and clear baskets every visit, and extra visits are available in heavy seasons.
Yes. Pinecrest includes gated communities and long private drives. We set up gate codes, key or lock instructions, and a consistent day and time before we start. Technicians are uniformed, background-checked, and drug-tested, as described on our guarantee page. See the Sapphire Guarantee
Only in some cases, and carefully. Florida guidance says pool water should stand at least 48 hours after the last chlorine addition, test at a non-detectable chlorine level, and have a pH between 6.5 and 8.5 before discharge. It should flow over a vegetated area on your property rather than into the street or a storm drain. Direct discharge to stormwater drains or canals is prohibited.
